In a global but increasingly differentiated world, every company has its own culture and style and is looking for talent that shares its values. Business culture is the set of norms, values, assumptions, beliefs, ways of acting, thinking and feeling shared by the members of an organisation.
Culture responds to the habits and behaviours that all the people who make up the company acquire on a day-to-day basis. As we can see, business culture also includes the management style, the company’s image, customer service and the way it deals with suppliers. Business culture is the way in which a company behaves on a daily basis and this way of acting has consequences in the market.
Therefore, when one of the members of the organisation is not aligned with the culture, the consequences of their decisions could have a negative impact on the company. In this workshop we will analyse, with business simulation tools, the different consequences and impact that decision-making has on the company.
